Americans consume 10-12 grams of dietary fiber daily. The recommended dose of dietary fiber which assists in reducing cholesterol, managing blood sugar, assisting with weight loss, proper digestive functioning, and assisting in the reducing the risk of heart disease, diabetes , cancer and more is 30 grams of dietary fiber daily. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Adults and Children 6 and Older:
In order to give your body the proper fiber needed you need to take one tablespoonful 3 times a day. You need to allow your body time to adjust to the fiber.

Days 1-3. ˝ tablespoonful twice a day
Days 4-6. 1 tablespoonful in the morning and ˝ tablespoonful in the evening.
Days 7-9. 1 tablespoonful in the morning, ˝ at lunch and ˝ in evening.
Days 10-12. 1 tablespoonful in morning, ˝ at lunch, 1 in evening.
Days 13..... 1 tablespoonful three times a day.
For weight loss use 10 to 15 minutes prior to each meal plus once in the evening or 4 times a day.

Children 5 and Under: ˝ the adult dose.

Directions for mixing:

Place 10 oz. or more of water or a noncarbonated beverage in a 12 ounce or larger cup.

Start stirring and slowly add powder to liquid, mix till smooth and drink immediately. May also be mixed in a shaker cup or blender.
